C-N
SYSTEMS
The leading provider of Sampling Systems |
C-N has over 13 years experience in designing and supplying sampling systems to analyser companies and end users worldwide.
The company provides full systems and individual components for liquid/gas separation, headspace sampling, dilution, cooling and filtration systems.
RACK SAMPLERS AND SNIFFERS
Sniffer Sequential Sampling System – The Sniffer is a wall mounted, 8 or 16 Channel, gas sampling system designed to operation with up to 4 infra-red or electrochemical sensors to form a cost-effective, area gas monitoring system
The Sniffer pumps all samples through lengths of polytube, to a central location where it is sequentially analysed by switching from sample point to sample point, to provide display of concentration and alarm signalling.
BGMS – The BGMS (Building Gas Monitoring System) is a variant of the Sniffer system, monitoring up to 16 points and providing a number of zone alarms which can be configured to activate at varying levels. The system is specifically designed for indoor monitoring and provides a cost effective, automated area/building gas monitoring system.
Mark II Sampling System – Multi-Point Samplers are available as wall or rack mountable units and can be used for applications such as ambient monitoring for toxic gases, stack gas monitoring, and reactor gas systems.
SAMPLE CONDITIONING AND DILUTION SYSTEMS
Genie Membrane Separators supplied by C-N include 100 and 200 series, Sample Master Filter Housings, Glysorb Cartridges and Avenger Filters.
An analyser sample conditioning system consists of all of the components required to extract the sample from the process line or vessel, transport the sample to the analyser and condition the sample so that it is acceptable to the analyser.
Additionally,
C-N offer a variety of dilution systems to cater for both in-stack and out of stack sampling requirements.
CUSTOM BUILT SAMPLING SYSTEMS
Throughout its history, C-N has achieved a highly successful reputation for providing custom built sampling systems to industry.
The company has recently demonstrated its expertise in this field when designing and implementing a Hydrogen and Chlorine Kathrometer Sampling System for an existing customer.
Additional systems include radiolytic hydrogen and helium measuring, ozone dilution and monitoring, enzyme monitoring and mobile monitoring systems to periodically measure the concentrations of hydrogen released into a vessel vent system, during high burn up fuel reprocessing. |
